- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆What a disappointing dining experience! I say experience, as whilst the food we ordered was well presented and reasonable value, with the exception of the questionable Diane sauce with the scallops and the portion size of the spaghetti carbonara at almost £11 (apparently table 8 were happy!), it should be a big miss, although I have to say that the tomato sauce with the mussels was delicious. The service from the owners’ siblings was simply horrendous - although the son did show some promise. The 70’s decor, washed bleached red chequered table cloths, paper napkins and accompanying Italian lift music did nothing for the ambiance nor were the scaffold obscured views of Penzance bay representative of the pricey, bland and nondescript menu.By Admin, January 16, 2019
